About
Founded on the awareness of the power of creative expression to facilitate change, Pitch Protest is an initiative that seeks to highlight the enduring role of language, music, and artistic performance in social movements across time as well as geographies.
Serving as an educational platform for the exposure of young students to the intersections of art and social reform, the project functions via the designing and implementation of knowledge-based modules, curriculums, podcasts, blog posts, and storybooks to make these ideas easily accessible.
Acknowledging the role of art as a form of protest and collaboration, Pitch Perfect hopes to trace and analyze the various creative ingredients that go into pushing revolutionary action in society. Furthermore, it seeks to encourage emerging populations to build artistically oriented capacities that can ultimately suture innovative transformations into our social fabric.
Pitch Protest was founded in December 2022 with the aim of highlighting the role of art culture in socio-political movements to young minds. It was launched widely at the Rainbow Literature Festival in Delhi in December 2024.
